2. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. When you visit the website, the technically necessary server log data described in section 3 is processed.

3. Server log files

When you access this website, information is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, transferred data volume, referrer, and browser/operating system identifier (user agent). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). Log data is automatically deleted after 14 days. This data is not merged with other data sources.

From this log data we produce purely statistical figures: the number of page views per day and the share of automated requests. Only aggregated numbers are stored — no IP addresses and no records of individual requests. This does not create any personal reference. We use no cookies and no third-party analytics services for this.

4. Contact form and contact by e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you enter (first and last name, company if provided, e-mail address, message) as well as your IP address and user agent solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required to process your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed any third-party services (such as web analytics, fonts or maps). For spam protection of the contact form, only technically necessary session storage is used in your browser; this data never leaves your device and is deleted when you close your browser.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to the address above is sufficient to exercise these rights.
